Flashback Friday

This is a picture of two of my oldest and best friends. We went through elementary school together - always having the same teachers. I am so thankful that we are still friends. We spent an evening together recently. It was like we had never been apart.

Dream On Sisters

I spent an amazing week in Indianapolis. It was a double bonus, because Katherine was there as well as the Mix in 06. The theme of Dream On Sisters energized my faith as well as my dreams. It was truly inspirational to spend time with these 3000 women. The picture on this posting appears in the Disciples building in downtown Indianapolis. I definitely want to attend the same event in 2010, which will be held in Greensboro, North Carolina. (Lord willing and the creek don't rise. - a saying of Uncle Wiggily)

Fun with Lily

I have a lot of catching up to do - blog and otherwise. I have been traveling around the country. One of the first trips this summer was shopping and lunch with Lily and her entourage in Hudson. I can tell Lily is going to be a super shopper. We visited several stores that day, but this was Lily's favorite.
