For the last thirty years the Ohio State Marching Band Alumni have been performing at the first home football game. The group numbered over 700 this year. Richard's good friend Ray, the best man at our wedding, flew in from Las Vegas. They had a grand time playing golf, talking with old friends, playing their instruments, marching and cheering for OSU.

I wish I could have gone—Ohio State football games (and before game rehearsals) rank up there in the top ten of my favorite things to do : )
